Hello Tessa, The missing piece is your circulation policies (Administration -> Local Administration -> Circulation Policies). Your circulation policies should tell you under what circumstances Evergreen applies the "7_days_0_renew" duration. If you don't have circulation policies already using that duration rule you would need to have them added. Circulation policies are often based on circulation modifiers and patron permission group but can have other factors play a part as well.
