[Evergreen-acq] Multiple Midwest accounts with EDI invoicing

This is happening to us as well, it just started about a year or so ago. We
have 2 accounts, one specifically for Great Courses (PORTR-MWTGC) and one
for everything else (PORTR-MIDWE). The invoices are mostly coming through
the Great Courses account (PORTR-MWTGC, which we rarely use) regardless of
which account we sent the order through EDI. Right now I have one invoice
of each even though all of the items were ordered through the generic
account. It's not really causing any issues with us since we track funds by
vendor rather than account, it's just a little annoying.
We are starting to order with 2 Baker & Taylor accounts and it is happening
with those too.
