[Board] Hack-A-Way Vote

I also vote aye.  I think we are just missing one board vote, but we have a
clear majority so the motion passes. Katie please include in the minutes at
our next meeting.

Also, the conference planning committee asked if the board could
review these policies in case there are any changes needed prior to sending
out the call for proposals (target date of Monday after our board
meeting).  Could these please be added to the agenda to review?  Thanks!
