[Eg-newdevs] Does anybody else have a 3.10 server up? (Need help checking something)

%252f doesn't look right though. That looks like a double encoding error. I
just tested without any existing workstations and it redirected to create
the workstation then it went to the splash page.

Just tried again with an existing workstation and it redirected to the
blank page you described.
