I think the notion of redesigning the logo is still on the table (Lori?),
but as I wouldn't expect a logo change to happen quickly, I think there's
plenty of time to sell stuff based on the existing logo.

Besides general advice, I would expect that the Conservancy can give tips
on good vendors to use, and certainly would be able to let us know if there
are any legal pitfalls to avoid.

Please let us know what you find out.  It would depend on the type of
merchandise in question; for example, t-shirts can often be produced on
demand, whereas other types of swag would need a minimum quantity to be
ordered first.
