[Eg-oversight-board] EOB and policy materials on new website

Hi,

As a heads up, now that the website has been converted to Wordpress, I will
be working with the web team to create some governance pages on the main
website, including moving the trademark policy and the current rules of
governance there.

If anybody has suggestions or would like to assist, please let me know or
chime in on the list.
