I'm fine with the policy as-is.  However, I do like the definition of 
"harassment" used in the OpenStack Summit Code of Conduct [1], which was 
in turn based on the PyCon Code of Conduct:

I recommend incorporating that definition into the Evergreen Event Code 
of Conduct.  It's available for use under a CC By license. But, if the 
EOB doesn't want that level of specificity with respect to defining 
"harrassment," I'm fine with approving the code of conduct as-written.
