[Eg-oversight-board] Call for agenda items - 21.08.14 meeting

It should be noted that Edusys' website as linked to from our vendor
listing is also offline.  I believe they are no longer offering Evergreen
services at all if they even still exist.  They had another customer who
reached out to me at one point and they have now moved to Koha.
