[Eg-oversight-board] Officer Elections next week

Grace,

My apologies, but I have a couple of questions. Though, I should be available by email next week.

Since my term is ending, it is OK for me to vote on the future officers or do I need abstain?

Instead of nominating specific persons for the officer positions, I guess that you will load all the members whose terms are not expiring for the chair position? Then everyone except the chair-elect for the vice chair vote?
