[Eg-oversight-board] Conference Mailing Lists

Hi Chris,
Could you go ahead and create those four mailing lists for the conference?
The only one that needs to be live right now is the general one (Evergreen
conference). If you'll make me an admin I'll add the conference committee
and the local conference members.
