[Eg-oversight-board] 2018 Evergreen Conference Budget submitted for your approval

Hello Evergreen Oversight Board,

I've worked with Maegan Bragg of MOBIUS to produce the conference budget
for the 2018 Evergreen International Conference in St. Charles, Missouri.

This budget projects 200 attendees because Debbie Luchenbill and Maegan
feel fairly confident that given the conference's good location next year,
we should be able to hit those numbers.  They are projecting a net of over
$20,000 so we could bring those attendee numbers down if you wanted us to
be more conservative in our estimate.

Maegan used the 2017 Conference Budget and the 2016 Conference Budget as
examples in putting together some of her numbers (ex - sponsorship counts,
exhibitor counts).

MOBIUS will be providing their own projectors for the conference, which
will help reduce the A/V costs.

After reviewing this budget (two documents), please refer all questions to
me and I will check with Maegan and Debbie before responding.

Once you're satisfied, I am requesting that you vote on this budget (with
possible revisions) via email as we still need to secure the venue, the St.
Charles Convention Center, with the adjoining Embassy Suites.
