Hi,

I just wanted to add a comment from the peanut gallery. There is an
interesting article here -
http://www.wagenmakerlaw.com/blog/getting-started-factoring-state-nonprofit-law-corporate-development
- about some considerations to make when choosing a state for incorporation.

One point of consideration regards meeting participation and what kind
of technology is considered permissible for remote meeting attendance.
Given that almost all EOB meetings are done remotely, it would be good
to check what these requirements are for Missouri.
