[Eg-oversight-board] Evergreen Project Legal Counsel Search

Hi everyone,

Thanks for those who participated in the poll! I'm glad you will be able to
make it!

We have 3 dates and 3 potential attorneys to contact. Unfortunately, I now
have a conflict on one of the dates. Will October 31st still work for
everyone if I move the time to 3 PM?

Since Ron indicated a preference for firms, I will prioritize contacting
those first. If we need to we, can pick a different date to offer the
private practice. I will initiate contact with the firms tomorrow. If I
hear back from them that our dates do not work, I will send out another
poll.

Slagle, Bernard & Gorman A Professional Corporation - October 25th at 2 PM
Roger R. Fagerberg - October 31st at 3 PM (tentatively)
