[Eg-oversight-board] FW: Conference Services Agreement

Dear Evergreen Oversight Board,
     MOBIUS is taking care of our conference registration and is also, the fiscal agent for the conference. We were under a time constraint so they set it up quickly, but, at next week's EOB meeting, we will need to vote on the attached. The terms look fine to me.
