We, at HCLS, have not experienced this problem so no need for a workaround for us. Our POs appear to be just fine.

Subject: [Evergreen-acq] Direct charges on POs
Good afternoon,
Is anyone out there encumbering processing/cataloging charges on their purchase orders? We have one library that is doing this, but they run into the issue outlined in this LP bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1709472
Basically until they completely remove the direct charge on the PO they're being double-billed, as the charge is on both the PO and the invoice. There is no link between them to reduce the PO's direct charge in proportion to the direct charges on the invoice.
Has anyone found a workaround for this, or do you just not encumber processing/cataloging on your purchase orders?
Thanks!
Tiffany
