[Evergreen-acq] direct charges

Speaking of direct charges, I have a library wanting their EDI invoices to
come in with the processing fees added to each line instead of a lump sum
at the bottom of the invoice. That's not possible, is it?

I wanted to check with other acq sites before telling him that, in case
there's someone doing just that.
