Another bug of interest to catalogers. I did add the tag cataloging. What
about searching and series as well?ev



I have sent a request to get the login info for my wiki account so I have
not yet added this to http://open-ils.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=cataloging.

# / pound sign / hash sign / number sign causes problems in a facet field.
This can be observed by:

a) select * FROM facet.field_entry where value ~ '#'
b) do a search for one of those and attempt to use the facet with the #







Basically, a series facet with # returns zero results from the facet
link—example given by Indiana also found in PINES catalog:



Nightmare club were  ‡v volume number is proceeded by # :



Nightmare club ; ‡v#5



Still a bug in 2.3.4
