The Connexion .db file is a Microsoft Jet database, which I gather
Connexion can use to save records for its internal purposes. Evergreen
needs the actual MARC records, i.e., the .dat files you had also tested
with.

Upshot: Connexion users should use export, not save, to prepare a file for
loading into Evergreen. There is also the option of using the MARC stream
importer to "push" records directly into Evergreen.

By the way, if one has a large file that's relevant for a question, I
recommend linking to it rather than attaching it to emails destined for a
mailing list.

Regards,

Galen
