Hello Alex:
Our EG will be updated to 2.5 over MLK weekend and I'm eager to know how importing authority record works differently. I imported an individual name authority record a while back in 2010 (don't remember which version of EG now): the system did not prevent you from importing the same name authority record the 2nd time. I remember that I had to go in to delete the dup.

Has anyone tried downloading individual Library of Congress Authority records and importing them into Evergreen? How has it worked? I am using 2.5. Thanks!
