[Evergreen-catalogers] $e qualifier in the name authorities

I would like the authority record to be the basic name with qualifiers like John Edward for John  E. and the date.

The rest is interesting but can cause confusion with my rookie copy catalogers,

Hello List,

We have been working on some problems with our authorities and as such have not been validating or creating new. I have a question about the $e qualifier (RDA) in the name authorities. Please see the question below from one of our cataloguers. How are other libraries saving theirs? Do you add the $e to the authority record or does it only reside in the bibliographic record?

"I have been wondering if you save the string as one, which would mean that you could have multiple Gislaine Hamelins, for instance, one as an author, one as an editor, one as an illustrator, etc., OR, do you save the name once and add the standard qualifiers to each."
