[Evergreen-catalogers] Creating/Editing/Deleting Bibliographic Templates

Sorry to have missed the conference and the MASHCAT session. (Heath issues)

Like unto templates ... something else to add to the wishlist are "constant
data" templates. For example, we are now adding a 541 field (Immediate
source of acquisition note) so that we can easily run reports on gift books
added to our collection. (Mandate from on-high administrators) We would
like to be able, from the staff client, to apply a constant data record to
an open bib record. Of course we would also want to be able to change the
text in the template for each gift collection, in the staff client.

I imagine there would be lots of other uses for constant data templates
besides adding 541 fields. Whatchyathink?
