[Evergreen-catalogers] Integrating Browse in Searches

Sylvia,

It will require further development to move authority control from the
browse search to other searches and to internally link the 1xx and 4xx
fields in a authority record to allow for a See From for Jance, J A to
Jance, Judith A.

My understanding is that current work on authority control will put in
place several structures that will allow for the eventual internal link and
that propagating authority control into other searches is also in the
future, just not necessarily the near future.
