[Evergreen-catalogers] Firefox Toolbar enhancements

Hey Don,

You may get something like you want by hitting ctrl + B and using the
bookmarks menu on the side instead. At least you can view more bookmarks
that way. There's also,
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/bookmark-shortcut-keys/,
which allows you to add shortcut keys to your bookmarks... Could fill some
of the gap... Depends on your screen size I would say.
