[Evergreen-catalogers] RDA search formats

Oh, another avenue which is somewhat germane to Rogan's question would be
using the 347 b.  This might be generally more useful than the 33X.

Again, it's not consistently coded in records, unfortunately could easily
include typos, and obviously would require development, but for some
formats (like this one) it might be more straightforward than quirks of the
fixed fields.
