[Evergreen-catalogers] 856 $9 Heads-Up

Hear hear.  I've done this many times, and spent many a good hour
troubleshooting this issue.

I just added a note to the official docs.  I also added a bug to
launchpad (https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1722827).
