[Evergreen-catalogers] Web client cataloging and "Completed copies" tab

Hi Janet,

We've been testing this part recently. I think "completed copies" tab
makes sense with this workflow: creating multiple copies, selecting a
few sharing the same attributes from the list, editing, then Store
Selected. These copies are completed. Back to "working copies" to work
on more copies. When all done, Save & Exit.

We found it yesterday that "Save & Exit" on "completed copies" tab is
grayed out when there is a required copy stat cat AND all copies are
on "completed copies" tab. This is weird. We plan to test more.
