[Evergreen-catalogers] OPAC display when 264 or 260 field has two publishers

When I am faced with this situation in the catalog, I have been splitting
it into two 264 tags:

=264 \1$aLondon : $bS. Sonnenschein ; $c1892.
=264 \2$aNew York : $bC. Scribner, $c1892.

You should get two separate lines in the OPAC: the first 264 tags shows up
as the publisher, and the second shows up as the distributor.  Not sure
this applies in a record as old as this, but it works pretty well in
today's world where one publishing company distributes several smaller
publishers.
