[Evergreen-catalogers] Web client templates fail to create items

I have been using the web client regularly for a few months, and for the
most part I haven't had any trouble with my templates, but I had one
template where I experienced something like this. I can't say I noticed if
it did anything with the completed and working copies tabs, but when I
clicked save and exit, the tab would close but no item would be created,
and no failure notice would be given. Super frustrating. I was working with
our local support to try to figure out what was causing it when I
accidentally re-saved the template to apply no values, and after that, it
worked. Which is fine, but it meant we didn't get down to the heart of what
was causing it. It did seem as though stat cats may have had something to
do with it. This particular template applied an "unset" value to one of our
stat cats, because I use that as a reminder to set a value. It's not the
only template I have like that, and the others work fine. I also think one
of the issues was that the template caused the circ library to become unset
for some reason.

Sorry I don't have much of use to offer, except to say: You are not alone!
