[Evergreen-catalogers] Authority records

Hi Josh,

When we bring in new records we have to edit them manually. I really
haven't kept up with that unless someone reports a problem with not finding
the variant form of the name. I have a list of edited authority records so
it wouldn't be hard to go through it on a regular basis to catch new
entries. We send our records out for authority control quarterly. We do not
load back in records we have edited so previously edited main entries
should remain edited.

I don't see users going to the browse list either. I'd like to see public
service librarians make more use of it. Of course for us, the improvements
are only four days old.
