[Evergreen-catalogers] Vox books and Wonderbooks

In Evergreen Indiana, we use the 347 b to trigger specific format icons for
things like this, so if we put a 347 b of Vox audiobook, then the record
will display an icon for Vox. I don't know if anyone is using Wonderbooks
yet, but we could add another icon for that if need be. Here is a record
with the Vox icon:
