[Evergreen-catalogers] Multiple format icons was [Re: Vox books and Wonderbooks]

Hi Beth,

How did you get the book and audio icon to both display for your Vox items?
Is your bib record type 'a' for print?

I can get a CD music icon to display with DVDs and/or Blu-ray icons but
don't know what to do to get Book to display with an A-V format.

I have records that contain a music CD, a DVD, and a book. These records
show icons for the CD and the DVD. I also have a record with a music CD,
DVD, Blu-ray, and book. This record has the CD, DVD, and Blu-ray icons, no
Book one.  All these records are cataloged as either CD or video with the
appropriate 007 fields. One record has an 006 for the book but it doesn't
trigger the Book icon.
