[Evergreen-catalogers] Item tags, AKA copy tags

Hi All,

Here I am again needed more help with item tags, formerly known as copy
tags.

I have created the copy tag types under Server admin.
Item tag type code: grant_funded
Item tag type label: Grant Funded
Owner: my library

I have created Item tags under Local admin.
Item tag type: Grant Funded selected from the drop-down menu.
Item tag label: MassHealth
Item tag value: Funded with a grant from MassHealth
(no staff note)
check OPAC visible
owner: my library

Now I go to my item record and click on the item tags button. I can select
the item tag type and there's a box to enter the value. This seems to be
free text. I thought I could enter something here that would automatically
fill in the value I created for this tag so the tags would be consistent. I
guess I don't understand creating the Copy tag under Local Admin. I must be
missing a step somewhere.
