[Evergreen-catalogers] Evergreen Online Conference

Hi all,

Outreach Committee Rep here. Since we're relying on the generosity of
community Zoom hosts (shoutout to Bibliomation, Evergreen Indiana, NC
Cardinal, and MOBIUS), we only have so many "seats" per session. Attendance
is first-come, first-serve. There is no specific registration for
individual days or sessions, and no guarantee of a "seat" - presenters will
be granted special privileges. If you completed the registration form (and
Janet, I can confirm that you are on the list! twice 😉), you will get an
email in the morning of each conference day containing links to that day's
Zoom sessions. There will be a link for that day's Track 1, and Track 2. On
the first day there will also be a link to the Opening Remarks and Keynote
session.

Space in most sessions will be limited to 100 attendees with the exception
of the opening keynote. We realize that this means some people will not be
able to watch live, but all sessions are going to be recorded and posted to
YouTube.

More details will be forthcoming in an email to all registrants at the end
of the week!
