[Evergreen-catalogers] Language filters and original language of a translation

Hi,

There's actually a way to manage this with configuration, and no need to
modify cataloging.  One could create a separate attribute definition (an
Evergreen thing) specifically for subtitles, just like the item_lang
definition but with different subfields.  You'd gend up with a separate
subtitle filter.

That there's only one filter for language is not a requirement in
Evergreen, but just how the current baseline configuration happens to be
based on the request at the time.  The multi-value attribute feature was
specifically designed as infrastructure so you could do things like this.
