[Evergreen-catalogers] Catalogers unite!

It also would help front line staff understand what authorized access
points are  --that a controlled vocabulary lies behind subject headings so
searching any term as a subject doesn't always bring results. Why sometimes
the author's name in the main entry is not what is on the book.
