[Evergreen-catalogers] call number attributes in the holdings templates editor

Hi Jennifer,

Are you doing that in the Holdings Editor (via a bib record > new/existing
holdings record) or in the Holdings Template Editor (Administration > Local
Administration)? If it isn't available in the latter, then that's the
problem: we should be able to add/update/delete information in those
fields, and I don't see that we can.

I seem to be misunderstanding something somewhere along the line. I'm sorry
about that.
