[Evergreen-circ] permission to exceed checkout limit

Hi Diane, I’m not sure there’s any really good way to track door count in an ILS, but a better way than checkouts would be using the Record In House Use feature. You can define a non-cataloged in house use type named Door Count, then mark it “used” to count. As a bonus, there is a “# of uses” box so you can enter that it was used 5 times rather than marking it used 5 separate times in a row.
