[Evergreen-dev] Evergreen 3.11 Released

The Evergreen Community is pleased to announce the release of version
3.11.0 of the Evergreen open source ILS.

Release 3.11 contains many notable enhancements and new features, including:

* Multi-term Did You Mean search suggestions in the catalog
* Queued ingest to help streamline loading of bibliographic and authority
records
* Availability of the Enhanced Concerto sample data set which provides more
realistic sample data for testing
* SmartPAY added as a payment processing service
* Updates to Anguar 15 and Bootstrap 5
* Staff View tab added to the Angular staff catalog
* Addition of an audit table for Acquisitions Lineitem Details
* Many Accessibility improvements
