[Evergreen-general] Evergreen and credit card vendors

Hi Beth,

We decided to only support Stripe, as that is the only vendor currently
integrated in a way that no credit card data will be passed through our
servers. The libraries that are using it haven't had any trouble. We have
them set up their accounts with Stripe on their own and give us the API
keys. We had one library decide not to implement it because the set up
process requires a personal name and social security number. That is the
only negative feedback we've had.
