[Evergreen-general] Search Warnings (no stop words or lexemes) - not sure of the source

Hello, we have 10,000 entries a day in our logs that look like the
following.  Has anyone else noticed this and tracked down what the issue
was?  I suspect auto-suggest but that is just a guess based on the fact
that they come in bunches.  We get so many of these, they don't seem all
that useful to log in our case.
