[Evergreen-general] [OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Printing Offline Check-out Receipts

You might be right -I'm not sure if that's changed in more recent versions.
We're on 3.4 and we haven't had any complaints about it, but we also don't
have many libraries that need to Offline very often. (And many of them
don't use Hatch.)
