Thanks John, But that sounds like a lot of setup work to set that up on 50
staff computers for something that gets used a couple times a year, if at
all.  Plus it adds another layer of complexity to troubleshooting issues,
finding out if they are using the offline browser by accident.

I would absolutely shoot myself in the foot if I setup test system access
like that, you are a brave person :-)
