[Evergreen-general] Question about updating manual carousels

We set up the new item carousels for each branch and system in the
beginning and those update automatically each night. We added the simple
little dropdown list at the left which sets the carousel_loc parameter to
tell the page which carousel to load. We haven't had to do anything to
maintain it except create another new carousel when a new location opens or
gets added to our consortium.
