[Evergreen-general] Bug Squashing Week: Monday Update

Hi everyone!

 Bug Squashing Week is off to a solid start on this rainy (in Atlanta,
anyway) Monday. Some highlights:

   - 6 patches have been tested and signed off on, including the
   long-awaited project to consolidate all of the patron notes, alerts, and
   messages <https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1846354> into a
   single interface (woo hoo!)
   - 15 tested patches have been committed to master and will be included
   in Evergreen 3.8 (double woo hoo!)
   - 17 people have already participated (either by providing feedback in
   launchpad, submitting new bugs, testing, rebasing or providing new patches)

There are 5 community test servers up and running, loaded with current
master code and topped with proposed fixes and features that need testing.
