Hello,

"I know with some of the cover image emails I have sent recently I have not
gotten a response as well. In the past when they have responded to me they
say the cover image has been corrected, but many times when I go to check
the cover image it hasn't been updated. Maybe a handful have actually been
corrected in all the emails I have sent them. When I send a follow up about
it for the ones that the image hasn't been corrected I don't get a response
back."
