[Evergreen-general] [Bug 2033543] [NEW] Merging Circ Stats to Replaced Item Record

Diane,

When a new copy is created to replace a deleted copy, the prior 
circulation stats stay on the deleted copy. Depending on how statistical 
reports are formed, those stats on the deleted copy may be lost. They 
certainly do not show up as stats for the new copy.

I think the bug is asking for a way to roll the stats from the old copy 
forward to the new one when a copy is being replaced. This way the old 
circ stats show up in the staff client and on reports.
