[Evergreen-general] Staff Unable to Use Add Items or Add Call Numbers and Items in Holdings View?

I've been unable to make a empty call # for a while now. Not an error
message, just takes me right to the item edit screen, so I have to create a
whole fake item when I need to transfer the item to a different marc
record.
