OK, I can't spend anymore time on this right now but here are links for two
versions of the fourth proofing copy. This one is similar in size to what
you've been seeing and is the kind for "normal" reading:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/u7bcexxdu41bps0/Evergreen%20Annual%20Report%202017%20proofing%20copy%204%20web%20version.pdf?dl=0
This is the uncompressed version I need to send to printers and more useful
for squinting level details:

Aside from the changes I replied to here are my notes of my changes
(apologies for not making these for my earlier rushed edits):
cover, transparency still too close to evergreen color, upped by 7%
introduction - text awkward, kenrning tools too time consuming, tweaking
box size to make a bit more natural looking
page 5 middle column too close to left column due to lead on organizations
, moving over closer to right to create more visual centering (though it's
technically now off center)
page 5 slight rewrite on text to make it more visually balanced
page 3 shrinking columns and moving them a apart a bit to create more space
between them, eye is tracking across rather than down too easily
page 3 - big negative space is kind of distracting, putting, odd behavior
with the glyphs for the bullet points is causing issues so rebuilding,
moving longer textual list entries to bottom so that I can do something
with the title to reduce impact of negative space, I'm still not happy with
it but it looks a bit more distinct now so better, given time I'd do more
here
page 7 - caption a bit too close to image
page 7 - slight rewording to make text fit in box more naturally (proper
kerning tools are over rated anyway)
page 7 - fix justification on caption, reduce linespacing to make it less
main-texty and change to 0/0/0/80 cmyk to offset it
page 7 - move right columns over to make text more natural looking and
provide a bit of column spacing
page 8 - these columns must die. fun fact: long words are not fun for
layout
page 9 - side bar / body text standardize to 11 pt, fix alignment and
spacing to look more natural
Evergreen's documentation is a huge asset to our community. And when I
say huge, I'm not joking: at the time of writing, the official 3.0 manual
sprawls across 832 pages in its PDF form. It's challenging to get the right
content to the right people in such a large document. The Documentation
Interest Group (DIG) spent 2017 on this problem, culminating in the release
of eight new manuals, each developed for a specific audience. Catalogers
now have a manual of their own, as do acquisitions staff, front-line
circulation staff, reference staff, serials staff, and system
administrators. A separate manual also helps system administrators and
developers who want to integrate Evergreen with other applications. All
manuals are available at docs.evergreen-ils.org.
And I've started the very, very first steps towards a style guide which is
to say just barely enough to make sure I don't leave it at this for the
future:
