[evergreen-outreach] proofing copy three

Hi all,

I've done a final read-through of the annual report, and with the 
exception of a minor change to the map that Rogan has already made, it 
all looks good. Does anyone else want to take a look before I hand it 
over to the printer?

You've got about an hour to speak up before I send it along.
