[evergreen-outreach] More ALA AV Fun (Not)

I did ask the board but I just checked and don't see that the email
actually went through so I may have to send it again.  In a room of that
size I would feel comfortable projecting but I don't know about all of the
attendees.  I would be a little concerned if someone is more soft spoken.
I'm a bit disgruntled that they let you pay for the mics and then only
after tell you that you need to pay for the speakers separately.  Budget
wise we should be OK but the term 'racket' feel a bit close to reality.
